One room studio apartment has: a double bed, a sofa, a writing-table, a cable TV with SAT channels, an air-conditioner, an equipped kitchen, a simple bathroom with standard bathtub, a balcony, a telephone, dial-up internet, a modem for high speed internet is available for rent upon request, DVD, music center, cell phone rent is available upon request Windows overlook one of the beautiful churches in Kiev. Studio is simple but have all you need for comfortable stay - new furniture including large double bed, additional couch "Zebra", stylish small table from "Ikea", few soft hassocks by Ukrainian producers, TV with cable channels. There is an equipped kitchen with electric kettle, refrigerator, microwave, gas-stove, plates and dishes, large table. For convenience sake apartment has iron, iron board, heater, autonomous water heater, telephone for free inside Kiev calls. Bathroom is standard, it includes bath, wash-stand, mirror. Total area: 45 sq.m. Maximum for 2-3 persons.
